Rest and recovery runs since last long run, no more than 2.5 miles at steady pace. Was doing a course in another city and only getting about 5-6 hours sleep a night. good timing for it really.
Anyways, back on to the schedule now.

Felt nice and easy, no burning in calves. Was windy too. No more pins and needles in feet either after getting thinner socks.
