God damnit Trevor.

How'd you get blessed with stunning good looks, as well as raw lifting power. I hate you.

Keep it up.

Uh huh...it's hard to get up out of my chair & walk around.

Yeah, if you look around...you'll see my abdominal exercises vary.

My latest workout though, I just let my jumping rope be my ab conditioning for that workout. I change it up a lot though, to keep my muscles confused & guessing.

Back @ it 2morrow. Yes sir.

Thanks for the positive energy ZZtiger.

No workout tonight, as I have two baseball games in a couple hours. Going to do some deads, bis, and back tomorrow before the TUF 7 Finale.

OH...and I have a lil' summin' summin' for you clones....I made some power Italian salad for my mid-day snacking purposes. Have a bowl of it before tonight's games with a bottle of H20 - YEAHHHHHHHHH. It's top-notch shit!:

Ingredients:

- Garden Rotelle spiral noodles
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Onions
- 1/2 cup of Low-Fat Italian Dressing
- A sprinkle of Garlic Salt

Try it & enjoy!

naice.

JAV, there's plenty of shit you can do with free weights to pump those delts bud. I know, at LEAST 7 free weight exercises you can do...for instance:

- Bent Over Flyes: stimulates growth in your rear delts.
- Bent Over Lateral Raises: works the rear delts and back muscles.
- Dumbbell Press: they work those front delts.

OF COURSE...

- Front Raises: isolates the front delts.
- Lateral Raises: isolates the medial delts.
- Overhead Presses: works all three heads of that deltoid muscle.
- Seated Dumbbell Presses: they work the front delts.

Hope that helps a bit bud.

So, onto today's wizzorkout.
