Body-Weight: 175.6 - What can I say...I have been slacking a tough on my diet the last 2 days, but I still have 15 days left to cut...so I'm not worried about it at all.
----------
Pretty happy with today's workout, especially since I went in RIGHT after I woke up, minus any pre-workout booster, minus eating anything. Still turned out rather nice. Time to go back to my apartment and take a POWER nap before tonight's festivities. Schweet.
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY EVERYONE!
Be safe, and have a great holiday!

Thanks for the positive energy boys. I appreciate it all.
Oh, and Neg...it was after breakfast hours. I didn't wake up until 1:15 pm, my time.
So, it was already afternoon, but I still hadn't eaten yet!

DAMN. I've been so busy lately, no time to update this bad boy. Anyway, I've still been playing tons of baseball, and still getting my work outs in. I'll just post up my leg day today.
Anyway...so, I'm not used to my equipment yet...so I'm doing this State Games on the 19th RAW again. I just feel more comfortable doing it that way right now, plus I know I won't bomb out. That ******* squat suit it SO TIGHT...I could BARELY get below parallel. F*ck that for now. I'm not going to chance it. This will probably be my LAST heavy squat day before that meet, so I only worked up to my OPENER today, and walked away from the rack.

Body-Weight: 172.8 - MAN. It was HOT AS F*CK at P.H. TODAY! SO HUMID inside the building...my workout clothes were like damn wash rag when I finished up! I bet I lost 2-3 pounds water weight today, and I lifting in shorts and a t-shirt. Crazy. At least I know I'm taking in PLENTY of H20, cause I feel fine. The remaining cut should be easy...if I can just maintain now.
----------
Overall, great workout today. My squats felt GOOD, and my opener was easy, so that made me happy. Last heavy squat day for a while...that also makes me smile.
Take care everyone!
hope your training is going well guys!
GRIP & RIP!

Are you still gonna be training w/ gear while training for the 19th?

Damn gents, thanks for all the positive energy and support. I really do appreciate it A LOT.
MY MEET IS JUST ABOUT HERE.
SATURDAY is my 165 lb. debut!!! YES. I am stoked, and happy that this f-cking cut it about done!
Anyway, here's my FINAL work out before the meet. It was just some small bench work. I worked up to my OPENER, and stopped. No assistance.

Bench ( RAW - no wraps...only a belt)
10 x 135
5 x 185
4 x 225
2 x 245
1 x 265
1 x 285 (EASY)
DONE.
Body-Weight: 169.4 - I am going to hover now, until Friday afternoon. 3:00 pm (my time) is when I get to weigh-in, so once I get that shit done...it's time to get some LB's back on. Can't wait for the 19th though. Going to be tremendous...I feel great about my chances.
WISH YOUR BOY LUCK!
if you believe - you can achieve!
