Anyway...I deleted my last log, so I could start fresh. It's a new day now. My next meet is Saturday, July 19th...so I'm still a way out, but I am going to start getting back into the swing of things heavy duty, even though my schedule is packed with baseball right now. Oh well. Anyway, I plan on doing this upcoming meet EQUIPPED (squat suit, bench shirt, DL suit, knee wraps, wrist wraps...the whole nine). I am still undecided on what class I want to compete in...I'll keep you guys posted.

So, with that being said, I'll also let you in on my protein intake, my pre & post-workout gems, and whatever else may come to mind, knowhatImean? Good stuff.

I'm currently letting my baseball games be my cardiovascular exercise, but that will change very soon. I have some plans. Otherwise, I had a baseball game 3 hours ago...so, there's my cardio for today.

188? Is that lower than usual? I thought you cut a lot of weight to get down to 181 last time

Yeah, I've been cleaning up my diet considerably in the past 4-5 days. Like I discussed with you on AIM though...I want to try and possibly make 165, so I am cleaning my food content up a little bit sooner than I did last cut.

We'll see how it goes. I know I'll be ripped as ever if I make it though!

God damn, you'll be breaking records at 165 man, for serious. 1580 is an "elite" total at 165, and that's with gear. What was your raw total at your last meet?

Nah, shouldn't be too bad if I start dieting a little further out from this meet. More so than I did for my last comp. in March, I only cut weight & dieted for 2 weeks.

K, so I told you I'd let you guys in on most of my inside stuff. With that being said, here is what I am currently taking pre-workout. Been on this combination for about a solid 4 weeks (once daily, 3 times a week) now. So, here is what I take as of right now:

4000mg Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate and Arginine Ethyl Ester Di-HCL

primaFORCE CEE



One scoop of each (I was doing 2 scoops of CEE per, but since I'm preparing to cut - reduced it to 1 in the past few day), with 8 oz. of water...pre-W.O. magic. Even though, the HP has a nice orange flavor, once you drop a scoop of CEE into the mix, it's all downhill from there! Sh!t tastes HORRENDOUS!

May have a new meal replacement shake recipe in here for you guys in a little bit...we'll see.
