This was Sundays stuff, I haven't really had any time recently trying to sort out accomadation and stuff.

I'm going to try the 300lb DL tomorrow. Couldn't buy floor protection and I haven't sorted out my Gaage yet so no dropping it.
I tested my endurance for Pushups yesterday. It really sucked. I was able to to a few sets of 20, then a few of 12, then 10. This was all taking about 30-45 seconds between sets. I weigh 80kg.

I'm gonna start doing dips again. I'm actually gonna attempt that lift again fairly soon. It was weird, the 85kg went up no problem and I didn't feel the strain I usually do when benching heavy today at all, the weight just kind of stopped moving lol. Was pretty surprised not to get it.

Ya I hit 205 and then missed 194 like a month later... bench is teh gaysauce
