one of them was me hah. I was wondering how in the sweet monkey jesus I DLifted 320lbs and push pressed 176lbs like three moths ago, and haven't even hit those numbers since.Hopefully I can change that tomorrow.

Picked up some protein powder. When I was at the store the guy told me "If you just take protein powder your weight will go down" right...... I am unsure about this Sheiko stuff.

Was also wondering how in the sweet monkey jesus I once weighed 155. I must have looked like kate moss.

My jerk form is slightly better, was pretty happy so I didn't push the weight up. My deadlifts sucked, but at least I gt 140kg off the ground easily enough twice. I failed it the second time because I didn't wrap properly on my left hand.

Crazy reppage' (why'd you do a layout like that rep-wise) on the Incline Bench but very nice workout. Like the variety. Numbers are coming up on the bench as well so you're obviously doing something right.

I've wanted to hit 60kg x 10 on Incline for a while now, thought today was as good a day as any.
I think the numbers are due to my brief, consistent adding of weight doing a 5x5. Which makes me wonder if I shouldn't stick to it.

Lot of stretching and some weighted sit ups. Jerks have me feeling sore. I'm sticking on the push/pull/squat style 5x5 stuff for a while. I'm still making gains on it clearly and I want to do a 29 followed by 37, but I'm going to be stuck for time in a while, so it's not practical atm.

I'm pulling an MMA all nighter tonight.

This is bullshit. I maxed out on 10lbs less than a I hit 4 reps with recently. I haven't had a good deadlift session since I did that 125kg x 5 x 5.

I wasn't just weak off the floor there, I had nothing. I also slept through for 12 hours last night, something was up. I will start doing snatch grip deads though. I need to go away, focus on grip training and just not **** up my max attmpts next time I finish a period of training.
