Hah thats the week after next. Felt uncomfortable enough trying to do it once with no rack. Also I better freaking hit 80kg x 5 on the bench Friday.

I have never looked at that site properly before. Thats a lot of shit to read.

Did some sprints()and skipping today.

Also did COC work and wrist curls. Want to do two days a week of grip/wrist/forearm shit. COC is beastly.

If I manage to stretch later today this will have been a damn productive day.

Also did weighted situps.

Quiet you COC1 using weakling. I'll be able to crush your nuts with my bare hands soon.

Oh yeah, set up to try out bottom position floor presses. Just used 65kg to experiment, and they seem like they would rule with proper weight. Can't wait to do a proper session with them. It'll be interesting to see how much I can handle with them.

Floor presses are pretty sweet, I agree. And at least I can close the #1 you noob... and I'm definitely going to close the #2 before you!

Oh ya, my DOH deadlift PR is also 304x2... beat that!

Notes: Doing a bunch of ab wheel rollouts the day before deadlift day is not a good idea.
