I've got hairy feet. And a gigantic unibrow if I don't groom myself.

I am gonna bench 225 way before you. In fact I'll bench 231.5lbs before you bench 225, so suck on that.

I've got to do heavy ass triples with no Squat rack tomorrow. That should be fun. And I only have to do 9 sets of exercises total for most workouts for the next three weeks, which rules.

100kg x 3 x 2(barely hit parallel on last two reps of both sets. Back felt weak)

BOR

BB curls, rollouts from knees, a few planks.

+ 40 pushups. Done fast but through a proper ROM. Couldn't remember the last time I even did pushups, wanted to see what I was good for.




Yeah, I was thinking I might have overshot it while grinding out that last rep haha. I fiigure if I can hit 95 x 3 I can definitely hit 100 x 1.

I'm going to become a bench specialist over the summer when I don't have access to a squat rack most of the time.

Ya you can definitely hit 100x1, I think. I'm going for 194x3x3 on my next bench workout, I'm not sure if I'll be able to hit it though.

Says who? Your physique really comes down to your diet, not whether or not you're lifting for hypertrophy. Seriously though, just continue to eat clean and I guarantee you'll make more gains with a strength training routine than with some BB split. You will get stronger, bigger, increase your metabolism, and build denser muscle.
