Well you're just at a plateau, which happens with every routine, so now it's a good time to re-think your goals and try something new.

Is that a good beer or a cheap one? I am drinking a nice Duvel, it's 8.5% delicious stuff. I have another bottle in the fridge which I will probably try to avoid drinking tonight.

Man pizza is so good. One of my favourite foods, probably because I eat it so rarely.

Also when I am hungover(a big rarity nowadays) my favourite thing next to a fry when I wake up is cheeseburgers with bacon. Clears you right up.

It's cheap beer, 15 bucks for a 30 pack. It's 5.9% though, which is pretty ******* high.

And I agree pizza is good, I wish I had one right now. At my old job I created my own pizza which contained tomatoes, ham, green peppers, pineapples, feta cheese, and onions. So good.

Core work, ab wheel rollouts, COC work, stretching.

So, as you can see above I ****ed up the 3x3 phase of this, which is annoying but shouldn't really have any major effect.
