I don't know, I never used to 1RM on squats because I hated them so much. I know I'm a disgrace.
At the moment 96kg is close to it, but I hope to be squatting 100kg by 5 and 113kg 1rm by the end of August.

I also want to Dl 136kg and bench 90kg.

Did some cardio, wanted to test out my smokeless lungs. It wasn't structured or anything, I did a bunch of sprints of various distances, felt like shit, then did 5 sets of 10 burpees with about 30 seconds break between them. Felt exhausted and sweated like a motherfucker.

Ya I know this guy who's 6`5 and has a real hard time w/ deads and he started doing them sumo and it helped him a lot. Ive been doing sumo deads too lately... they have a better carry over for squats
