105kg x 3? How hard was that? Pretty strong triple.

Harder than it should have been. Gotta keep it together for the next two weeks. I am putting the failed bench down to not having a ramping set last week.

Did a lot of shrugs with 300lbs, BB curls and burpees and shit. I should probably back off but I have been pretty bored lately and weights keep me sane.

I just read the shit you guys ate, and I hate both you. I'm cutting right now (for bootcamp) so I eat like a little girl.

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

Hey you get to be strong, don't expect any sympathy to come your way from a guy with a 252 squat. I hope you are living off Lima beans.

Squat
102.5kg x 3 x 3

Row
92.5kg x 3 x 3(+straps, think I'll use em when I row from now on)

Bench
70kg x 3
80kg x 3
92.5kg x 1 Not even close on the second and racked.

Gay. Will try the 92.5 again on friday before my work sets. Also don't like the 3 x 3, but the reduced volume is good when I am stuck for time.

Why don't you like 3x3?

Too little volume, too intense. I like it for deadlifts only.

I doubt I'll do this routine again. I'll stick with the set reps and progression, but switch it to a dead, press and squat days with assistance. At least for a while, and compare the results.

Ya I don't like doing everything on the same day, it'd be too demanding for me. And I like 3x3 a lot, it's all about having the intensity make up for the lack of volume. Were all the squat sets easy? And how much warm up did you do before?

No, squats were hard and I warmed up with 50, 70 and 90 for triples. I'd like it if I was doing assistance after it.

I am hoping for 270 after this. Thee I will decide whether I want to focus on getting a 300lb squat or four plate pull more.

Nice. I'm going to try and hit 293 probably when I max out my squats in ~3 weeks. I'm going to actually lower the weight on my deads and really hit my form hard, and fix some glaring weaknesses/imbalances that I have.
