Did some grip work today. I'm setting a goal right now to close the COC2 before I get back to college. I have no idea if this is a realistic goal or not, since I have never done proper grip trianing before and don't know how it progresses, but it will keep my motivation up.
My abdominals were too sore to train today, damn rollouts. I'm gonna get an early night and try to **** shit up tomorrow.
