Well I am 190 now, if I keep eating and lifting I'll definitely be over 200lbs by 2010, and if I haven't taken up a sport or drastically increased my current cardio level, I'll easily be up to 210.

I haven't seen any of it, I'm going to check it out now. I just read an article on it, Koklyaev wasn't even top 5?I was so busy this last while I didn't even know who was fighting on 98, nevermind being able to keep up with other stuff.

Partied last night and only ended up with three hours sleep, so no squats today. I feel awesome for some strange reason though. Kept the booze realtively light I suppose.

And ya I didn't even know UFC 98 was this Saturday... weird. And ya Misha didn't do too well... he almost Oly style cleaned 404 pounds on an axle though, which was crazy. Poundstone continental C+P'ed 414 and made it look easy... in fact he made every event look easy. Ortamayer also did really well, securing the 2nd place finish.

I think Misha would have got that if he had calmed the **** down and rested a few seconds, then Continentaled it on the second try. Must have had an off day.

Did some grip work today. I'm setting a goal right now to close the COC2 before I get back to college. I have no idea if this is a realistic goal or not, since I have never done proper grip trianing before and don't know how it progresses, but it will keep my motivation up.

My abdominals were too sore to train today, damn rollouts. I'm gonna get an early night and try to **** shit up tomorrow.

Must stop trying to lift through sickness, particularly max attempts. I knew I shouldn't have done anything today, but went ahead and decided to be retarded.

My temperature is through the roof. Apparently drinking large amounts of alcohol(which weren't even that large), getting no sleep and then continuing about your day as normal isn't good for training. I can't believe this shit, particulary since I felt so good on thursday.
