Listen to Sabotage by the beastie boys, and let out a mighty roar when the weight gets stuck just above your head because you didn't stick your head through properly and you can't seem to lock it out.

136x7 is a big PR, should have done 8 because none were grinders. Honestly the 125x8 was harder, I felt more tired and had to concentrate on maintaining grip. 100kg bench tomorrow


I'm grumpy as **** right now, I woke up two hours early for Dream and didn't get enough sleep, now I'm sitting here like an asshole.

Shit, just hit 95kg for an easy single and then proceeded to bench 100kg about two inches.

So 210lbs = new bench PR. ****. My bench was so strong when I hit that 90kg triple for three easy sets.

Sweet, obviously I was pissed at my craptacular benching, so I went off fairly pissed off and hit a 105kg FSquat. Big PR, over 30lbs. Tried to do some back squats but my form was way off so after 6 with 85kg I quit. Finishing up with some Dynamic rows.
