Yes, that was the one good part of the day. COC work is doing it's job.

I uck so much at DB benching, I'm so unstable and my form is way off.

25kg x 10
45kg x 10
65kg x 10
85kg x 3 x 5 Worked on form, tightness. I seem to bench best and most stable while pushing up in a straight line, almost away from me rather than a J pattern or up towards me keeping my wrists and elbows directly under the bar. My bench still seems to get weaker everytime I hit it though, no hope of a fourth on those sets. Weird.

OH press
65kg x 2 x 2
65kg x 1 + 1 push press
****. Wanted a triple on the first set.
50kg x 9

Was going for ten....not happening.

I've hit 90kg for three triples. That was my strongest bench.

When? I see you say that, but I've only seen you hit 90kgx1 in your log. When did you hit it for 3x3?

pg. 38. Right after I finished the 5x5 part of Starr. It was like a month ago.

Squat
45kg x 3
65kg x 3
85kg x 3
105kg x 2
125kg x walkout - felt manageable. Definitely heavy though.
115kg x 1 + belt. super deep, super easy. No rack.

90kg x 8

Front Squat
65kg x 8 x 3

Good Mornings
25kg x 10
35kg x 10
45kg x 8
50kg x 8
I suck at these, they'll improve quickly though.

Haven't hammered my lower body like this in a while, felt great.

Did a bunch of grip work, forced closes on the C0C are becoming very easy.

I wasn't gonna do anything else but because I'm destroyed tired but I think I'll go blast out a lot of sets of pullups before bed.

Taking a little time off and then I'm gonna hit shit hard and stay consistent.

Hope everyone is well, at least those of you who read this. Life is good right now.

Haha, I don't even squat parallel on my max attempts. Parallel is BS. Feels like a totally unnatural position.
