Ya tbh I post way more on sherdog b/c there are way more people who know what's going on. I don't really post about MMA though... just stick to the Strength and Power forums and the Grappling forums. Brad is a super chill guy though for sure, he's given me some good advice and is really cool. I would suggest a belt for 250 but it's not necesary. I try to use my belt as rarely as possibly, usually only on singles and max attempts.

The training section of this forum is pretty pathetic compared to Sherdog yeah, but I hate all the gobshites on that forum. The place is ridiculous in every other aspect.

I'm back under 170. I shall continue to eat copious amounts of dairy produce.

Lol well I don't think its sherdog persay there is just so many more people so the chances of douchebaggery get raised. Everyone in the training forum is pretty mature and chill though

Felt weak as water today, on a few of those squats my depth was a bit shit. I'm sticking with 85kg for a while and making sure my form is correct.

I was planning to with the DLs but my camera is having problems. I need to swap a 2gb card thats in it for a smaller one or something.

Done, did nothing today, my Sumo dead form sucks, I was lifting with my back like you would a regular deadlift. It wasn't hurting yourself bad form, it was just pretty shit.
I got like 4 hours sleep last night so I gave up half way through this.I knew I wasn't getitng anything done after I tried to do BORs. Taking a few days off.
