Grappling is more taxing on your CNS and muscles than boxing is, for sure. Boxing you do a lot of cardio, but it's not that hard on your body. IMO, grappling can be really tough on your body.

The cardio involved in boxing(as well as the retarded amount of pushups we has to do) would **** me up way more in terms of lifting. Grappling really isn't on the same level, I've never had a problem with it. Even going pretty hard ten minutes is easy going. The only time it is tough on the body is if you get taken down hard.
Even so the travelling will probably make it unfeasable.

Squats
65 x 5
75 x 4
88 x 3 x 2
100 x 2 x 3
95 x 2 x 2
*Gotta drop the squat max, I'm having form issues towards the later sets, hence dropping the weight for the last two.
Bench
50 x 5
60 x 1
70 x 3 x 2
80 x 3 x 5
Front squat
55 x 3 x 2
70 x 3 x 2
75 x 2 x 5
I did the pushups, 10 x 5 during the front squats.
I couldn't do chins cos my hammies kept cramping. The idea of doing Good mornings after all this shit was laughable.

100kg for a double seems pretty high intensity for Sheiko...isn't your max like 110-115kg?

No. The most I have squatted is 115kg, my max is between 120-125. I never got to test my max after I finished Starr.

Deficit Deadlift
78 x 3
93 x 3
109 x 3 x 2
116 x 2 x 4
I've been using only DOH grip for my deads. Were meant to be halting but I forgot until the last four sets so I said **** it.
Bench
50 x 6
60 x 6
65 x 6 x 4
Hang Deadlift to knees(+ straps)
85 x 4
101 x 4
116 x 4 x 2
124 x 4 x 4
I had no access to a rack. Deadlifted up to
hang position, so I guess that should be added in.
I'll try to do some chins tomorrow. I weighed 195 today, I think thats the most I have ever weighed. And I have been doing cardio recently.

Niggas be keeping a btutha down.
Missed monday of Sheiko. Other than that I have been consistent Hopefully I can get back on track thursday with deadlift day. Sheiko is hard when coupled with poor sleep.
I am about a half inch from closing the COC2 with my right hand, less probably.
Spent a lot of the day drilling squats with 25kg. I think I should switch to low-bar position, tail tuck be damned.

Switching out partials for 80% x 3 x 6, which seems to be a regular set and rep scheme for the other two lifts on this.

78 x 3 x 2
