Poor workout, which is understandable considering how I treated myself last night. I really didn't feel I could handle much weight so I dropped it and focused on my form.

Thanks, DL is probably my least shitty lift of the three.
173 last time I weighed myself. I'd be abouy 10 pounds lighter if I was doing cardio.

Gotta go back to Push, Pull, day off, squat. I was mostly done with my squats anyway but my right arm started to cramp and I had to call it short.

Random unstructured shit, weighted pull ups, DB rows and curls. Highest I could go on the weighted pull ups was 20kg for two reps. Felt too tired and my legs still hurt so I couldn't work out properly today.
