Hey, I'm Gabriel, and this is my goal log.
Training alert! I will be on high altitude training from June 24, 2008- July 3, 2008. I will be doing hiking in 13,000 foot altitude.

First, I'll give you some statistics-
Age- 12.
Height- 5"5 1/2.
Weight- 130 Lbs.
Fighting experience- Taekwondo Poom Belt (The belt before Black), I should get my Black Belt in... December? I am learning some Judo, and I will do Wrestling in High School to further my grappling skill. I might do Boxing in the Navy later on. I am also currently training in Escrima (A weapon Martial Arts). I might enroll in an MMA adademy as well.
Todays training-
Dieted a bit, a lot of walking, but I didn't excercise so much because my relatives are in town and my mom just died in a car wreck.
Goals by 2009-
Lose the majority of my excess fat.
Black Belt.
Increase my conditioning a noticable amount.
Lessen my weaknesses alot (Grappling).
Training-
Diet: Low sugar, Low unhealthy carbohydrates, very low fats and calories, high protein, viatamins, minerals, fiber, electrolytes, ecetera.
Cardiovascular: Jogging as long as I can on a trail, preferably uphill and high altitude. Drills as well.
Numbing: Full contact heavy bag training on all major striking points (Hands, Feet, Shins, Elbows, Knees).
Strength: Calisthenics, free weights, weight machines, resistant bands, swimming, hiking, biking, jogging, and alot of heavy bags/shadowboxing.
Speed: Alot of Drills, jogging, wind sprints.
Flexibility: Tons of stretching with and without machines.
Balance: Some obstacle courses.
All around: Obstacle courses.
Striking: Taekwondo training, in formal classes and private classes. Boxing private classes at my MMA academy (hopefully), and some allaround MMA training. I also look to box one term in the Navy.
Grappling: Judo private classes, and four years of High School Wrestling.
Weapons: Escrima private classes.
All goals:
Age 13- Black Belt, improved conditioning.
Age 14- Second degree Black Belt, balance my fighting more, and drasticly improve my conditoning.
Age 15- Better conditioning, eliminate my weaknesses.
Age 16- Completely balance my fighting, and hopefully make some money.
Age 17- Third degree Black Belt, make some videos, run a triathalon, make a name for for myself. Complete High School Wrestling, graduate.
Age 17-21: Navy boxing, work on everything, and hopefully become alot better.
Age 21+ Go for UFC, try to get the Heavyweight title.
