Agreed. My mother will probably be all over that. For now it'll just be E-Framed on my facebook page for months to come.

Assistance Work
Weighted Hyper-extensions: 12,12,12@b/w+10lbs

Weights up, feeling a bit better. Dropping the weighted decline situps because it was hurting my back, will add a more thorough ab routine on its own day every week.

Bench Press 5,5,5 @165lbs
Deadlift 5 @225lbs
Dips 8,8,8@b/w+10lbs
Hyper Extensions @b/w+15lbs

Weights up all around, feeling stronger.

Weights up, still feeling stronger but I also still get dizzy during workouts. Will start experimenting with classes soon.

Weight is 209lbs 11.5%b/f
