Just visiting some family on the outskirts of tornoto, gym I went to today to lift at was really weak. No squat rack? Really?

DB Squats 5,5,5 @ 100lbs x2
DB Bench 5,5,5 @ 80lblbs
Chin ups 8,6,5 @ b/w+8lbs
Military Press 5,5,5@115lbs

Hanging Knee Raises 15,15
Lying Leg Lifts 15,15

Squats 5,5,3 @295lbs
Bench Press 5,5,5 @185lbs
Deadlift 1 @345lbs

Deadlift was too heavy for proper form. Stronger on everything else.

Dropped into a gym in Barrie for a jits class. Was taught by a real good brown belt. Technique was sweep options from butterfly guard. In rolling I played survival but got tapped 3 times by the brown, then positionally dominated a blue and thrashed a white. Headed home tomorrow.

Found a trail by my new place and went for a quick jog, 15 mins or so. Will track the distance next time and start going longer.

Squats gains have capped off and are actually going backwards. Everything else is getting stronger though. Switching to explosive/endurance geared workouts next week. Will probably still try a squats/bench/deadlift day every now and then.

Went for another run afterwards this time at a track, couldn't get my run app on my phone to track the length but I jogged like 5 laps with a bit of walking inbetween.

Back to an MMA schedule on monday.

Ran around the highschool track again. No idea what the length is but I ran/jogged 6 laps and walked 1.
