Jiu jitsu
Went through a whole bunch of positions that Kultar wants his student base to know. I know that all fine. Had a few rolls finally. First guy had a strong guard that I got past but didn't stay in side control long. Mostly a stalemate. Next guy I was all over and tapped with an armbar. Next guy I was all over and tapped with an arm triangle.
Muay Thai
Curtis aka Ginger Monster aka Gingereem was in today. Old training partner from way back that's 240lb of skilled muscle. We drilled combos back and forth, then drilled jab -> low kicks on the shield. Then did some bag drills.
This week we've started pushing the pace with me. I felt like garbage but we'll work at it.

MMA Class, working against the cage on the ground, getting out of there or stepping over to triangle their legs and keep them down. Drilled technique then positional sparring. After class hit pads with partner. Ahh the slow climb back to fight shape.

Upper Body Push Cycle:
Repeat cycle 3 times, rest 90 seconds (every bodyweight excer. done to failure)

Diets cleaned up and I'll be leaning out now. Healthier eating is making me feel better. Caffeine almost completely eliminated, giving me more level energy levels throughout a day and getting proper sleep at night. Drinking almost completely out. Attending at least a few classes a week. Still not in the full swing of things but I'm moving in the right direction.

Jiu jitsu. Technique was inverted triangle from bottom side control. Had lots of good rolls today, got by on size and experience, almost died of exhaustion.

MMA Class
Lots of mount escapes drilled. Then rolling. Coach is on my ass about not working closed guard. Only wants me working it open and just looking to stand up. I like my guard game
