What up dude, good to see you still dedicated. Those squat numbers are looking nice!
Have you thought about doing an OH type press instead of bench? Or do you like teh bench?

Deadlifts 12@135, 8@185, 5@225, 3@275, 3@275, 1@315, 1@350, 1@375lbs
Barbell Rows 10,10 @ 95lbs
Chin Ups 10,8 @ b/w
BB Shrugs 10,10 @ 225lbs
DB Curls 8,6 @ 40lbs
Felt suprisingly good today, seem to be back on course. Grips were failing at the end of deadlifts, bought some chalk on the way home.

Hey! Ya, still at it in one shape or another at least. OH=Overhead? Like the military press I do?

Yeah, like military press, or push press, or jerks. But with heavier weight for sets of 5, then do your bench for @ sets of 10.

Military Press 10,10 @ 105lbs
Dips 10,10 @ b/w +15lbs
Ab Circuit

I'm probably old fashioned but I prefer bench as the main lift for that area. I'm also trying to join the 1000lb right now (total between one rep maxes for squat/bench/deadlift).

I remember you posting something about doing a yoga class, do you have any tips on how to come out with your held high?

Hahah.
Actually one just opened down the street from me and once I finish this weightlifting goal I'm going to do a 2 week trial there. Just relax and keep your mouth shut. Most of the people in there will be out of shape women anyway, so you won't do half bad. Muay thai and jiu jitsu can go a long with with your flexibility already.
As for being embarassed, just glare menacingly at anyone thinking about judging you.

Overhead Squats 10,10@85lbs
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 10,10@175lbs
Standing Calf Raise 10,10@140
Sleeping is a mess, has kept me out of the gym. Hopefully I can put an end to it.
