Last weak peaking srength. Brutal but good workout. Now getting consistent headaches by the end of my workouts. If its not post concussion its my neck from shity posture.

shouldn't the effects of your concussion have worn off by now?

Concussions are a mix of permanent and non permanent brain damage and have a variety of effects and lengths of time for either. There's not a ton of by the book definitions for how they turn out.
