2.5 hours. Trained all rounds and didn't bitch out despite being apparently out of shape. Was slow, sloppy, and heavy, but did fine in guard passes. Got a few subs on a white belt that I'm not too proud of, a sub on a blue, good back and forth with a brown and purple and got tapped by ankle lock to a purple. Cut in my hand from work was torn open, knuckles rubbed raw, torso covered in scrapes. I remember this.
IDK what your level of gi BJJ experience is, so it's hard for me to contextualize what you're doing in your training in that area.
Ya, I've been using it on this cut I have on the palm of my hand but it still got torn open. I don't really want to use it on my knuckles because it's just a bit of raw skin and will probably crack when I bend my fingers.
I want to do something more sport specific than the GSP circuits so I put one together. Will tweak it as I go and start recording #'s.

4 corners drill is the first one in this video. Never done before and thought it looked really good. I was going to make this more challenging but this proved to be effective enough for now.

Once again did all rounds with the best guys in there. Did suprisingly decent on a few rolls. Lots of survival and a few lucky sweeps and lots of lay and praying. Felt real good though. Knee feels a little over extended but I think it'll be fine.
Marathon workout. BJJ Conditioning circuit + lightened big three lifts. Really wish I could get in the gym more than once a week. I get my license back in 5 days so that will help.
