50lb kettlebell
Warmup
Around the body pass
Halos
Deadlifts
One Hand Swing (each arm) 20, 15, 12, 10
One Arm Hangclean (each arm) 5, 5, 5
One Arm Push Press (each arm) 5, 5
Doing reps instead of time, need to get better at the lifts and handling this weight before I worry about circuits.

Oh and be forewarned, I don't plan on anymore fights in the near future.

Alright, now I'm settling into something I like. Hoping to add turkish getups and overhead squats but need to develop shoulder stability with the push press and a 5 second lockout at the top.

Living downtown Toronto now. Haven't been training because I'm up in the morning at 4:30 and work is exhausting the hell out of me. Next two days are off I'll do some training though. Pretty cool swinging a kettlebell around in a park, I'm digging it. Except some Thai chick approached me and interrupted my workout.

Ab Circuit
Crunches 20,20
Twist Crunch Left 20,20
Twist Crunch Right 20,20
Leg Lifts 20,20
Leg Paddle 20,20
Check Kicks 50,50

Went to the bjj gym I trialled a few weeks ago for class. The door was locked so they were either closed for the long weekend or I was late and they locked the door. Just went home and did some quick bodyweight stuff on places I haven't paid much attention to recently.

Do you do take any time between exercises or sets on the ab circuit? Also, sorry for the noob question, but what is a check kick?

No Gi + MMA Classes
No Gi was all takedowns from a pummel. I've never done shit like that, and I felt and looked like a complete noob. Not the best time. MMA class was better but I got paired with 230lb muscle man mma fighter, I was a good partner and probably beat him in the standup and at least was competent on the ground but definitely not working much when he was on top. I feel ******* exhausted, 3 hours put in tonight.
