Laughably weak, haven't lifted heavy in like 8 months. Oh well. I'm on a month long trial at an overcrowded city gym, attempting a clean bulk. 197lbs right meow. Going to start taking creatine mono so long as I don't get too insanely sweaty from it.

I can't believe how hilariously weak I am right now. I haven't been this weak since grade 10. I guess it's because I've been starving myself/not lifting for 8ish months. I'd be upset but I still look more or less the same, so **** the numbers.

Missed my preworkout meal and was really low energy. I keep retweaking something in my back. Think I hurt it awhile ago at a drop in mma class. No matter how much I focus on form it keeps complaining for 24+ hours after a workout.

I hate doing machine shit but I want to avoid any loads on my back for a little while. Just another week or so and my weights gym trial runs up. There's now two muay thai schools within walking distance that I'm interested in checking out.

Are you doing any cardio or training? Cause most of this is just weights and core.
