Drilled 3 guard passes then rolled. Tapped once by a purple and then played with a white belt.

Felt like a sack of crap training the morning after lifting big 3. Oh well. Skipping, shadowboxing, pushkick and round kick drills, round on the pads, bunch of abs and we're done. Good class.

Felt way better than last day, was definitely the lifting that killed me. Drilled 1-2 and 1-2-1 leg kick combos, then a few rounds mixing it up. Good class.

Skipping, pads, 3 rounds sparring. Lots of old errors outside of being gased, too much backing up, throwing unrealistic punches while off balanced or out of stance, eating shots that are light in sparring just to land something that I wouldn't normally.

Guard pass drills, rolling. Rolled a blue and got an armbar and triangle. Rolled a small white and beat positionally but couldn't finish. Rolled a big blue and got swept and thoroughly dominated. Another nosebleed. Good class.

Bench and chins just about time to reset weights, squats and deadlifts still have some legs (punny).
