Please keep us posted on the killitude. Best of luck. Break a leg, and take it home with you while you're at it.

Burpees (5x3 minute rounds, 1 min rest)
1 - 34
2 - 27
3 - 25
4 - 24
5 - 24
Total - 134
3 Short of last week but great workout. Guard passes, then I got shark tanked on the ground, then I got shark tanked on the standup. Then some conversation on rules.
There was a conversation today about some politics about who will be managing me. I'm not even sure who 'manages' me now. In Kajan I trust, so whatever he says to do.
Sparring tomorrow, then Muay Thai + MMA.

Sparring 3 rounds standup then 3 rounds mma. I did them all with Thiago Gonclaves. Did better in the standup but on the ground he took me down at will, held position and pounded me. Also armbarred me twice. That's okay, he's way above my level and the experience is valuable. Luckily he's a cool dude and not there to hurt you.
Hopefully a nap then muay thai + mma tonight.

Muay Thai
Skipping, shadowboxing, drilled some combos. Hit the bag instead of clinch work because I'm a wimp about my ear. Knees.
MMA
Hip escapes, then we did submission escapes. Guillotine from guard - protect neck with nearest hand, jump up and stack them, digging shoulder into their throat, then change from shoulder pressure to a crossface, sit back on one leg, pulling head out diagonally. Armbar escapes. Then a simple rear naked escape, turn chin into their elbow, shrug shoulders and lift their arm over your face. Then we did 3 or so rounds of rolling from take down. I got the big guy and was mostly dominant.
Doing gi and no gi tournaments at our gym saturday/sunday. Taking wednesday evening and friday off. Thursday is probably another private with Kajan.
Wednesday morning lady's kickboxing - did abs and drilled some combos with them.
God damn I'm tired and underslept and sore.
Got my ear drained again, god it's annoying waiting an hour every week for this. Got to do blood tests this week and the rest of my physical may 15th for my fight.
Goddamn sleeping aids are kicking in. I'll edit this in later I got an early morning with the ladies kickboxing tomorrow.

Private with Kajan
warmup, some acrobatics, shadowboxing with wrestling, alternating combos on the pads with hitting the bag. Stretch.
Gotta get that striking endurance up!
Tomorrow I'll probably go in to work some last minute jiu jitsu review before the tournaments this weekend. Will try to get video but my friend is working so no guarantees.

Did an hour of last minute review before tournaments Saturday and Sunday. Gi is tomorrow. The weight class is up to 220 or so with gi on so I'm gonna try to put some water on overnight. Planning on pulling alot of guard tomorrow, as long as I don't injure myself and get pwned like the last tournament at my gym, I'll be happy..

Won the heavyweight division in the gi. There was I think 6 guys and I beat 3 on points to win gold. Went in the open weight, won my first match in a snoozefest and then got tapped by a guy with a bow and arrow choke to take third. Video's coming, I just need a cord from my friend.
No gi today, they had nobody even near my weight class, 40lbs off was the closest guy. I told them I'd just go lift.
Lifting
Squats 6,6,6 @ 255lbs
Deadlifts 6,6,6 @ 255lbs
DB Bench 6,6,5 @ 80lbs
Weighted Chin Ups 6,6,6 @ b/w+25lbs
AB Complex
Weighted Twist Crunch 20@45lbs
Reverse Crunch 15@b/w+15
Cable Crunch 20@max
AB Plank 2:10
Weight is 210.

First and foremost, this is me losing in my first match at the tournament a few months ago. I'm mostly posting this because there's a cringe worthy moment 1:10 in where I hurt my knee
