Had to cover ladys kickboxing today, did the burpees, push kicks, circuit, and ab circuit with them. Burpees + BJJ tonight.

Just did first class.

I feel ******* DRAINED. The tournaments weren't as relaxing as I expected. Judgement call on sparring tomorrow, but I really should. There's days off on the horizon.

Once again felt like a sack of shit all day. No work, skipped sparring and slept for like 12 hours, I just feel more tired the more I rest. I'm not sick. I'm either overtrained or it's other shit. I drank a cup of coffee and went in to train today out of sheer stubborness.

Skipping, shadowboxing w/ sprawls, sparred 5 rounds, did some clinch work. Kajan noticed I was looking like a piece of crap and asked me what was wrong. I feel drained. He told me to go rest.

Ladies Kickboxing tomorrow morning, I won't be doing anything along with them, then more rest. Hopefuly I actually feel rested soon.

Did ladies kickboxing but did minimal stuff with them. Got some rest.

Private with Kajan, warm up stuff, pads and bag work, and a 3 round brutal circuit. Feel like crap still, but a manageable kind of crap. He wants me back there tonight to do the evening class especially for some sparring.

22 days till the fight.

Muay Thai

Skipping, 3 round shadowboxing, 4 rounds sparring, did well. Actually felt alright. Kajan turned it into a wrestling class. Techinque was defending the single leg, kick trapped leg out and around their thigh, hop around so you're facing the same direction, nearest arm whizzers, other arm grabs wrist, kick out and control back. When their head is on the outside, push at their head and trap to create space, straightening trapped leg, then grab their far arm above the elbow and under their nearest leg, lift the leg, pull the arm, stick your chest out and drive them sideways to the ground. Drilled this stuff. Tired but I felt suprisingly alright.

Judgement call on training vs. rest tomorrow. Will definitely get some saturday and sunday though, no more heavy lifting until after the fight, and my gi got ripped apart in the tournament so I'm out till my new one gets in. God damn it's a nice gi.

Blood and piss work has been taken care of. Full physical to be done on may 15th. Gotta book some time off work.

22 days till fight.

Did some combos and abs along with them. Feeling better.
