This confirms my belief that you don't have to lift 3-4x a week to improve and/or excel in a combat sport.

Congratulations on the W. I loved the "do whatever you want" as you got ready to fight. He knew you would wreck that guy.

Fighting with no cage has to suck Would change a lot of things for the fight that I wouldn't like!

Lifting
Squats 6,6,6 @ 225lbs
DB Bench 6,6,6 @ 75lbs
Weighted Chin Ups 6,6,6 @ b/w+20lbs


Did a light workout, first lifting in almost a month so I reduced the weights. Abs tomorrow.
