Today I was feeling a bit better, and figured I'd go try to combat all the unintentional weight and muscle loss going on out here. I got a bit overzealous and ended up doing a bit of a marathon workout. Dropped the weights slightly considering I'm out 20lbs and have haven't lifted in like 2 months.

I enjoyed the gym experience out here, though they didn't have a proper squat rack. There's all the same nuances of gyms back home that make me laugh, the half reps, the spotters helping the lfits, the staring at your body in the mirror.
The girls choose very interesting attire to work out in. Reminds me of that Kylie Minogue music video. This country is a goddamn paradise of women...you wouldn't believe.
The receptionist girl that was showing me around and speaks a bit of english and was pretty friendly so I'm going to ask her out next time I'm there...which will be sooner rather than later =)
