Well i usually do 5 to 10 minutes on a treadmill i am working to do more i just started again since i hurt my knee. Then from there I do teardowns on my legs. 180 200 220 for 20 reps a set with 10 seconds between. And for my arms i do 2 sets of 15 at 100 pounds with minimal rests. Then i come home and try to learn more moves and teqniques and practice in my basement or out side. I usually wait one full day depending how much pain i have but i do cardio and practice my techniques everyday:fight01:
