No but I have been thinking about that for a while... Should I just crush up blackboard chalk? Go to an outdoors store for climbing and get some? Elitefts has it on their site as well, I need to pick some of it, which way would you recommend? It would definitely save me in this cold ass weather.

Ya go to an outdoor store for climbing and get some. It's super, super cheap, and really effective.

Squatted just a bit ago (ATG) -

300x2
315x1
split squats w/ dbs
40x2x6
50x5
75x5
jump lunges
10 yards up and back 3 times with 25 lbs
bb lunges
10 yards up and back 3 times w/ 135
I am toast right now, I need to keep working my legs consistently because I love the burn, I'm just a little b*tch I guess

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I just spit pasta (with meat!) all over the place you ass. Now I have to clean it up, and I'm definitely going to do it tomorrow, will try to get a vid with my phone. You cant swing a plate like a mace anyways.
