I've found that I have a lot trouble growing/getting stronger without really high frequency, I usually train at least 7 times a week, hell I'm 18 years old so my body probably enjoys it. Ill do some warm up sets and see how it feels, but my legs are already barely sore, its actually kind of annoying because that feeling of soreness is what got me into lifting in the first place.

Yea, I'll do it at weightlifting class on Tuesday because then if I am about to get crushed people will see and possibly stop it from happening. I love crushing my triceps because I think aesthetically its the best muscle, really makes your arms pop out (if thats what you want at least)

Picked up some chalk yesterday and I could not weight to lift. Had lacrosse and then hung with the girl so I had to weight till the evening, but it sure as hell made a difference.

thanks man I appreciate it.

I leave for boot camp June 21st so I've got like, 120 some days left. It has sort of snuck up on me, getting nervous about it. So i need to crank up the running and core work, and do some damn chins.

Anyways, I will start doing a real intense core circuit in the AM and before bed, and consistently running 3.5 miles, plus pull ups 3-4x a week,

Have yet to lift today as I just got out of lacrosse, but ill post what I do later.

Nice OH Pressing and Snatches. Also, that Front Squat is pretty impressive. I always have problems with my form at 135 and have to go a tad lower on the front squatting which is why I don't practice it much.
