Did some more pulls and rows today
back was pretty toasty after those, not bad pain, but that "i kicked my own ass" pain that we all love
was going for Kroc rows, but after ten reps my traps and lats were done. about 1 minute break in between sets
3x8 + 50 lb db
knees to elbows
50 reps each, 4 times. very tough.
this is random, but i finally got my job for the Marines, Forward Observer, going out before the infantry and "paving" the way, basically anything that a bullet cant take out, i do.
