Hahah thanks guys. I appreciate it. Going for that 400 lb parallel squat tomorrow, going to have a buddy try and get it on my phone.

So i didnt even attempt the squatting today, the guys on the lacrosse team told me we are going to run a lot so Ill give it a go this weekend. We sure did run a lot. 28 up and backs length wise on the field. I did some random shoulder stuff and benched, nothing extreme.

45 lb plate raises
4x10

side + front raises
35x3x12

shoulder flyes
40x3x8

bench
225x4x10
275x4

Did some more pulls and rows today

Rack pulls

back was pretty toasty after those, not bad pain, but that "i kicked my own ass" pain that we all love

DB Rows
90x3x10

was going for Kroc rows, but after ten reps my traps and lats were done. about 1 minute break in between sets

back extension
5x15
3x8 + 50 lb db

core circuit
scap crunch
bicycle
knees to elbows
crunch
leg raises

50 reps each, 4 times. very tough.

this is random, but i finally got my job for the Marines, Forward Observer, going out before the infantry and "paving" the way, basically anything that a bullet cant take out, i do.
