Hey fellas, sorry its been so long since I posted, been busy. Joined a new gym, they have chalk there, encourage shouting, and dont shun dropping weights! It is like heaven. Its never very crowded either. Been doing a lot of squatting lately, met with a trainer for the first time tonight, we didn't even touch a weight, he just took me through a "dynamic warm up" it was BRUTAL! I'll just post yesterdays workout

Not sure of the numbers, but I worked up to 315 for 2, and came back down and did 135 for 12, all ATG
Neck extensions on swiss ball

I know I did some more stuff, I did some tricep stuff, and power snatches, hit 165 on a power snatch the other day too! Pulled 325 from the floor for 3 which i think is a PR
