it feels pretty good, tweaked in my game, got my stick stuff in someones arm and yanked it out real hard and the pain flared up. other then that its fine, didn't hurt doing deads

How come your deadlift is so low? Are you doing them really strict as far as form is concerned? The amount of raw strength you have is immense, and I bet you could deadlift 500 pounds in like 3-5 months of training if it was with the right people. You should do PL'in in the forces.

Yea I do them really really really strict and make sure to keep everything tight due my shitty ass back. Also, I haven't been doing them as long as the other lifts. I started doing them over the summer I think. I get my liscense on tuesday and there is a real hardcore gym near me that I'm going to check out, PLers and what not to help with that. I really want to PL in the Corps, unfortunately it is done by unit, not as a whole so I have to wait until I get there to learn more about it. I'm going to start doing them 2x a week from the floor and really focus on form, once I feel that is set then I'll jack the weight up

Snow day today so I lifted (IMO) really hard due to not having lacrosse.

Bench- I am going to a nike football combine for colleges, I dont have any interest in playing, but it will be fun, and the bench is 185 for max reps so I'm going to work on that- all these reps are touch and go

A lot harder then I thought it would be, Im not sure when the combine is, but I figure I can jack up at least 30-35 right now ME, so if i can keep this up I'm hoping for 40+

Squats - this is the good stuff. I did 20 reps and it was the most brutal thing I've ever done

My lower back and legs are still shaking, it was so painful, but I loved it and I think Ill start doing these 1x week if I can take it.

Hey fellas, sorry its been so long since I posted, been busy. Joined a new gym, they have chalk there, encourage shouting, and dont shun dropping weights! It is like heaven. Its never very crowded either. Been doing a lot of squatting lately, met with a trainer for the first time tonight, we didn't even touch a weight, he just took me through a "dynamic warm up" it was BRUTAL! I'll just post yesterdays workout

315x0 That was upsetting, I thought I had it, failed about 2 inches shy of lockout!

Not sure of the numbers, but I worked up to 315 for 2, and came back down and did 135 for 12, all ATG

Tate Press

Neck extensions on swiss ball
5x15 seconds -3 sets- brutal

I know I did some more stuff, I did some tricep stuff, and power snatches, hit 165 on a power snatch the other day too! Pulled 325 from the floor for 3 which i think is a PR.
