Rainy sunday so I went to Golds (new gym closed on sundays)
325x1 --this was brutal, I had to really focus on keeping my form, my back just wanted to lean forward real bad, feeling pretty good about that though, it was not very hard on my legs, but my lower back is really hurting
Bulgarian split squats
95x3x10 - tough
this was my first time doing this not sure of the weight, I put like 5-6 plates on and banged out 4x10, wasnt very tough, I sort of mimicked squat form with my foot placement. Probably wont do these again, just wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
300x3x15 with like a 5 second pause at the top
random ab circuit for like 10 minutes, pretty tough, crunches, leg raises, leg throws, reverse crunches, windmills, twists, and something I dont know the name of, did it non stop till I hit ten minutes. Really working on gettin my core strength up to par.
