Did a nice little circuit today.

Strict OH Press
Reverse Curl
Power Clean

Then used this new toy my gym got, the Grappler, made by Westside Barbell. Its awesome.

Did alternating presses with it with a plate on each bar
2x10
Core Twists
3x20
Rows
4x10 (threw on 2 more plates)

How hard were those OH Squats? How deep are they? Do you just OH Press into them and then widen your grip?

I'm curious because I just started doing OH Squats again and they are an awesome lift, especially for the core and shoulder stability/flexibility.

No, it is something I have worked with my trainer on, so I get low with my arms up and then unrack it, I try to go ATG but my hip flexibility is utter shit so they are probably a few inches above ATG but below parallel. Yea I love them too, well it is love hate, but they always torch my traps and forearms a lot too. I would love to be able to OH squat my BW someday.

Sorry Wukka, I meant to say they are not to hard. Aint easy though.

Did farmers walks and bag throws today

100 lbs
50 feet up 50 feet back=1
did 10

Bag is 80 pounds, 10 throws is 1 set, did 10 sets
each throw was probably 5 feet-7 feet.

Very quick workout, only 30 seconds breaks between sets, my forearms and traps and just annihilated.

Did strict press with the trainer and set a all time PR on deads

455x1! Most weight I've ever moved. Felt awesome, my whole back and glutes and legs are absolutely torched. It was a really tough lift, took probably about 10-15 seconds to get up but it was f*cking awesome. Used chalk on it.

My trainer has straps so he said next time in ~a month or so when I max again we will use them if my grip fails.
