Did some strongman type stuff today at a buds house.

Farmers walks with the actual handles
175 lb each arm (loads of chalk)
50 yards up and back 10 times

tractor tire flips, big ass tire
50 times, 5 sets

then did 10 gassers

doing a ME upper day tomorrow

Did some solid benching this and board presses this morning

did a dynamic warm up first

135x12
225x10
275x2x3
305x2
+chains (15 lb each)
335x1 (5 lb more in chain link)
345x1

Dropped the weight

255 +purple band (medium)
3x6

3 board press
275x8
315x8
355x4 (failed on 5th)
375x3

This felt awesome, I loved the chains and bands, I had more in me on the 3 board press but I was just so damn tired, went to the gym at like 5 so... Next time I want to max out I know it'll be 340+

weight is at 203.3

I dont think I could break the records, because I am 18 I couldnt compete with the younger guys. My goal now is to get my total up so I need to work on my squat, I think I might start squatting sumo style so I can jack the weight up with less ROM

You can squat wide and barely parallel, but I am pretty sure proper sumo style is impossible without a suit.

Oh alright, well I want to work on my squat form anyways, because I'm pretty damn sure I can 400+ parallel pretty easily, I really don't like equipped lifting- never going to try it, but some of it is pretty cool.

Ran this morning, did 5 miles in around 35 minutes weight is 201,1

What makes you say that? I sumo DL all the time without a suit... in fact a deadlift suit is the most useless piece of gear as far as gear goes. People will get hundreds out of their bench shirt and squat suits, but usually only like 30-60 pounds from a deadlift suit.

People deadlift sumo because they have shorts arms usually.
