Yup, like bench shirts make lifters have to pull the bar into their chest. God I hate geared lifting besides the IPF. Especially squats. Why don't they just place a trampoline under themselves and be done with it?

315x3 (failed on the 4th, had to bail out I was about 3 inches coming out of the hole and my right leg felt like it was getting a charlie horse)

385x1-felt pretty good, not very hard. -PR

Overall a good day, my legs are crushed from running+squatting. The problem I had with parallel is that it doesnt feel right to me after going ATG for so long, but the weight was fine, not very tough on any of them, used the belt because my back was starting to feel funny, sure I could hit those without it. On the 385 I think I went below parallel because I had to put a bit more into then the others in terms of grinding from out of the hole.

These are my current PRs
Squat-385
DL-455
Bench-330 -I think, not exactly sure
Total-1170
With that said, I'm hoping by the time I am 20, (Bday is Nov 7th) I can break the 1700 mark, I think it is pretty doable, it gives me about two years to add ~600 lbs which I don't see being a big problem. Here is what I see happening to my lifts
Squat-550-600
DL-600
Bench-450-500-This one will be the hardest, but seeing as how I just started working with chains and bands and board pressing, it shouldnt be impossible. As long as I stick with it.

This damn near killed me, I consider myself to be in fairly good shape... but this was really tough.

Didnt do that the CF King Kong due to testing next to my schools weight room so we couldnt drop weight so I wasnt about to DL.
Did some conditioning/grip work instead

not sure how many i got each time, but I was throwing up at the end, it was pretty good, I can feel myself getting in better aerobic shape

DL conditioning

6 sets, 20 reps, switching grips between switch, snatch, and sumo grips 2 sets at each grip

135x6x20, started off at over under and moved to snatch, and then sumo, then repeated it

everything hurts.
