rotator cuff/forearm/core

weight is about 200 - lower than it has been in a while so i am thinking lifting+booze+hot women=success. going to have to find a way to maintain this lifestyle stateside
AUS and Thailand are absolutely amazing! I was able to go there during my time active duty with the Navy You will never want to leave Australia... The women will be ALL OVER YOU. They love American men more than the Japanese women love us and that is scary :P

Anyways what do you power clean usually? I just hit a new PR and was curious where I am standing compared to you lol.

Last time I went heavy I hit ~330, it was with KG plates so
its roughly 330. It was a squat clean. Power clean I could probably manage at least 280-290

deadlifts- 525x3x5

squats i hit 325 for a widowmaker which was absolutely brutal

been doing a boatload of hiking and climbing lately so i have been eating my ass off, weighing about 215

Just keep puttin the work in and you'll get there. This is a random correlation it may or may not have actually worked, but as my anaerobic conditioning went up so did my deadlift. Prowlers, grapplers, sled work, and suicides with a weight vest and sled work are all really good for lifting heavy ass weights. I just followed what Wendler did

Just got out of the hospital. My rudimentary understanding of Spanish made being in a Spanish hospital quite possibly the scariest thing I have ever gone through. Three days in there, lost 15 pounds. No idea what I have/had, pumped full of drugs and woozy as hell. Hope my strength doesn't drop too much
