We are having a bench contest for the fellas in my weight lifting class. I think I am the strongest, but there are some sturdy mugs in there, so I have been doing flat bb, incline bb, decline bb, and 3 board every other day with 3 warm ups and 2 work sets, using 1x13 2x10, 2x3 hit 325 the other day, back up to my all time PR
, hoping to get up to 340 soon.
Lat is feeling a lot better, probably going to start doing a lot of pull ups and chins soon for boot camp, rows don't hurt anymore, going to throw in deads real soon.
