Hi guys...

I am new to this forum and MMA, I will be hopefully getting across to the gym and be able to start in the ways of MMA!

This will just give you a little detail on my training...

These were real good, after a time of feeling shit under the bar and all over the place I am piecing it together and feeling good under the bar and squatting.

Pull-throughs

3x82.5kgx10

Bent-Over Row

4x50kgx6

Barbell Curl

3x20kgx8

Seated Calves

3x55kgx15

Piss easy. Should of gone up more.

Incline DB Bench Press 4x8

4x15kg'sx8 (15kg each hand)

Dumbell Shoulder Press 3x8

3x12kg'sx8 These feel real awkward, first time doing them

DB extensions 3x10 (couldn't find EZ bar)

3x19kgx10

Weighted sit-ups 3x10

3xBW+10kgx10

Chin-ups

4xBWx6 Add weight next week

Seated Calve Raises

3x57.5kgx15 +2.5kg PR

Barbell Curl

3x21kgx8 +1kg PR

some warm-ups sets then:

Don't know if I should go to 41 or 42 next time, oh well go big or go home

Flat DB Bench

3x18kg'sx8

Piss easy, gonna move up to 20's next time round.

Seated DB Press

3x13kg'sx8 +1kg PR

Felling alot better than last week.

Tricep pushdowns(rope)

3x35kgx10

Ghey.

Damn thse felt good.

Barbell Row

Seated Calves

3x60kgx15 +2.5kg

Barbell Curl

3x22kgx8 +1kg

Happy with that forgot to bring the 0.5/1kg plates today so just tried to add reps!
