first day back to lifting after coming off injuries
feels great to be healthy again
havent lifted in about a year and a half two years(been a long injury lay-off)
i weighed about 190 then
right now i weigh 159.5
today is chest and shoulders
45 minute speed bag warm-up
100lb 6 sets of 12
50 lb 6 sets of 10
30 lb 6 sets of 8
20 lb 6 sets 0f 8
for cardio im deciding to use
Taku's interval training
more stretching and speedbag for cooldown
going back to training hopefully next week
(whenever i can get the cash)
