Hello if any of you old members remeber i had a training log but it was cut very short cuz i got jumped and my hand broken so i gave up training. I smoked alot of weed and done some drugs for a while now. But i've cut back and back to training.

The guy who owns it in named vince and he was the best kickboxer in world for a little while atleast and im learning mma bjj from a purple belt who i forget his name. Ive only been there a week so ill know more in a while. Going good so far but my cardio is at an all time low. Damn u pot
