Hello if any of you old members remeber i had a training log but it was cut very short cuz i got jumped and my hand broken so i gave up training. I smoked alot of weed and done some drugs for a while now. But i've cut back and back to training.

it's called World Kickboxing in surrey bc. The guy who owns it in named vince and he was the best kickboxer in world for a little while atleast and im learning mma bjj from a purple belt who i forget his name. Ive only been there a week so ill know more in a while. Going good so far but my cardio is at an all time low. Damn u pot
