Saw guys like Negation and Wukka with their extensive training logs and felt like it was a good idea. I have a hard time working out consistently due to school but I'm hoping posting one of these will help motivate me to workout more. So without further ado, let's get started.
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 142 lbs
Workout 3-4 times a week, every other day (at least that's the goal)
Clean and Jerk (split leg on jerk)
ATG Squat (sometimes front squat instead)
3 in 1s (hang clean, front squat, jerk)
Of course things will vary from time to time but this is hopefully the core.

Not sure how realistic my goals are since I've never set goals for a semester's period of time before. We'll see how thing go I guess. I feel like some are quite lofty but if they were too easy, I guess there'd be no point. Guess I'll start the next time I workout. Be a while since I got finals coming up...ugh.
