I blame his bodybuilding split. It obviously made him sick. God damn 3 types of bicep curls!

What a stud

I wish. I'm at the point where I absolutely hate eating pizza and good tasting junk food now. If the nutrition content isn't healthy/rewarding, I don't eat it. It's scary.

Honestly, I do get worn out. This is the second time I fought a pretty big illness. I'm starting to wonder if I overtrain and tear my body apart or if I just have a weak immune system and will always be prone to sickness.

Damn man that is a lot of reps. Can you touch your shoulders?

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

Yeah.. I took today off but I'll be squatting and doing leg assistance work tomorrow. Prepared to be amazed by my chicken legs & how shitty they are strength wise / my overall imbalance in my body (OHP more than I can squat ).

But, at least I'm working on it and putting forth the effort? Making it a priority to squat/do legs at least twice a weak. Gotta force the damn weakness out of my life.

Our bench is pretty damn similar. I did 183x5 today, then 2x2 @ 194. How hard was that 185x5?

It was pretty easy but hard at the same time. It wasn't heavy but my endurance/strength went to the shitter when I got sick. I'm really just banking on muscle memory and trying to rep it out to get the size/strength back right now. Hit 235x1 before my week of being sick but I'm nowhere near that now. 200 was a struggle last week in my first session back.
