Ok, my work is done here.
In all seriousness, nice job lifting, keep up the hard work.

Already know how weak I am, all I can do is make a legitimate effort at this point forward. Going to be hard work though.

Are you looking to gain or lose weight? Or keep it around there?

It all really depends. I don't want to gain any fat whatsoever. If I gain, I'd like it to be lean muscle. I'm not against gaining but it needs to be healthy weight.

A) Squat
[115] 1x5
[125] 1x5
[140] 1x5
[140] 1x5
*All sets were really easy except for the fact that my legs aren't used to his much of a workload.
B) Standing Military Press (Strict)
[95] 1x5
[100] 1x5
[110] 1x5
[115] 1x5
*Last rep of the last set was a struggle but got it up without cheating.
C) Deadlift
[135] 1x5 (SUMO)
[185] 1x5 (Conventional)
[225] 1x5 (SUMO)
[250] 1x3 (Conventional)
*Missed the 250x5 on the last set. Legs are cashed, back is now cashed at this point. It was easy off the ground, couldn't lock the 4th rep out. I think on three/four days of rest with no work, I could have easily had 250x5 but eh, Bill Starr's dumbass calls for deadlifting after squatting two times within four days. What a genius.
D) DB Side Laterals
[15] 1x10
[20] 1x6
[20] 1x6, [15] 1x6, [10] 1x10 (SUPERSET)

You ever looked at the Sheiko template? Soooo much volume, pretty intense. Good lifting though.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if you shot up 5-8 lbs. or so just from all the squats and deads. Just make sure to eat a lot and sleep a lot, recovery is key.
