Yeah, I've seen it before.

I'd say that'll happen for sure. My legs have never been worked to the extent of my upper body. I just always did it for maintenence but now that I'm taking it seriously and want to improve I think they'll be a lot bigger when all is said and done.

Plus, I've been eating so damn much. My apetite is through the roof with this program.

Thanks, man.

Keep going, you'll be surprised how fast you'll add weight to your sets with this.

So, I was supposed to finish up Day 3 of Week 1 yesterday where I raise everything by 2.5% but I didn't. I had to work at 6 AM and got off around 1 PM. I did absolutely nothing but lift pallets of soil that whole time so I was burnt out.

By the time I got home, I had a pizza and went to sleep until 6:30 PM. It was a rough day but I'll be doing Day 3 sometime today.

I will. There's no turning back. I'm doing these six weeks no matter what. I can really feel the squat going up already.

Sunday
May 10th, 2009

A) Bench Press
[135] 1x5
[150] 1x5
[160] 1x5
[175] 1x5 (Easy)
[180] 1x3 (Last rep was slow but got it up, just a grind)
[160] 1x8 (8th rep was slow but not as slow as the 3rd on 180)

Notes: Really good session here. The top set of 180x5 on Day 1 Week 2 is going to be tough but I think I have it in me.

B) Row
[80] 1x5
[95] 1x5
[105] 1x5
[115] 1x5
[125] 1x3
[105] 1x8

Notes: Relatively easy rows today. I felt so good on the 115 that I was thinking about doing 135x3 rather than 125x3 but I wanted to make sure I hit the 2.5% instead of bumping it up and overwhelming myself.

C) Squat
[115] 1x5
[125] 1x5
[140] 1x5
[155] 1x5 (Hard set)
[165] 1x3
[140] 1x8 (Hard set)

Notes: Form felt off today though it was the same as the first two sessions. I swear to God, my body just hates squatting. The other two compound lifts were really encouraging but the squatting felt awkward today. It's weird because my leg power felt outstanding while the other two went to the shitter in the beginning of the week and now my squat gave me problems today.

D) Dips
[BW] 3x5

E) Triceps Extensions
[90] 1x20
[110] 1x10

Nice lifting, bud. Try getting up a squat video and maybe we can help with form.

I'll ask my buddy if he would mind taping a couple of sets of my squats. Will do my best to get one up.

Not enough solid food in there man, IMHO its best to get as much as you can from real food, and when you have reached that peak, then start adding in supplements.

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

I usually have a bowl of Kashi Go Lean Heart To Heart with 1% milk but I wasn't too hungry.

Meh, I do what I can with what I have to work with. I have a George Foreman grill and cook some chicken breasts/steak when I can but most of the time I'll just cook a bundle of them, pack them away, and eat em all in a span of two days. I'm just so damn lazy with cooking though.
