9:00 A.M. - 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites w/3 orange triad pills
11:45 A.M. - 1.5 scoops of Scivation Chocolate Whey Protein w/large banana & 2 tbsp of peanut butter in 14 oz of water
1:30 P.M. - 10 oz of ham, 30 noodles of whole grain pasta, 2 servings of strawberry jello
3:30 P.M. - 14 oz Muscle Milk Ready-To-Drink Chocolate
5:00 P.M. - 1 Beef Sandwich, 1 Dannon Light & Fit, 3 orange triad pills
7:30 P.M. - 3 Chicken Breasts (8.3 oz, roughly), 20 Grapes
10:00 P.M. - 1 scoop of Chocolate Scivation Whey in 6 oz of Water.
