I can post a link if you want. How do those squats feel? I like how you are sticking to the compound lifts, it is going to help you in all your weightlifting endeavors. Keep it up

The 5th rep on the 180x5 was a pretty big struggle.
Sure, post it on up.
I'm trying.. The squats are a struggle for me. I'm just not good at them but I'm giving it my best effort to improve. Hopefully all the consistent hard work will pay off.

Nice job man, keep it up. And try to get a vid of that squat whenever you can, it'll be very helpful.

A) Rack Pulls
[135] 1x20 (DOH)
[225] 1x10 (DOH)
[275] 1x8 (DOH +straps)
[315] 1x5 (DOH +straps)
[365] 1x2 (DOH +straps)
B) Deadlift
[135] 1x5 (DOH)
[185] 1x5 (DOH)
[225] 1x5 (DOH)
[275] 1x1 (Over/under grip)
**All done without straps. Chalk used for all sets**
C) Hyper Extensions
[45] 1x12
D) Shrugs
[135] 1x10
[185] 1x10
[225] 1x8

[315] 1x4 + straps
So my grip sucks, my lockout is great, and my explosion off the floor is mediocre. Niceee.

I saw your update on FLD... why not update here? Embarrassed that you're back doing a BB split?

What's wrong with your shoulder? And logging workouts is a good way to stay consistent with your lifting.

I'm not too sure. I think it's just strained cause everytime I do any type of pressing movement which involves my left shoulder I feel an enormous amount of pain in it, especially when benching. Was thinking about going to a doctor and getting it checked out with an MRI or something but such a waste of time.
Doesn't help that I keep working out in spite of the pain. It's telling me to take some more time off but I've missed too much time and hate not working out.
